I had the pleasure of working and mentoring Elijah for 2 years. He came in looking for the right opportunity, however, as he understood the business later on, he realized that it’s not about having the right opportunities, it’s about handling the opportunities right. One of the things I admire about Elijah is that,  he is not afraid to give up the good to go for the greatest-hence his relocation to Manitoba for greater things. He is stubborn about his goals, but flexible about his methods; and that is what makes him a great leader.

I recall the first time I met Elijah in the North York office when I was visiting from our head office. He came up and introduced himself, which was bold of him as he had only just started working with us. He exuded confidence and poise, and I instantly had a feeling he would develop, grow, and advance in the company very quickly. He proved me right. Elijah is full of charisma, but more importantly is a hard worker who sets his sights on his goals and drives forward to ensure they are accomplished. At TNI we are excited to be partnered with Elijah and his company, and I look forward to even bigger things from him in the future.
